Eating the Rainbow Snack Activity

A colorful diet is a healthy diet!

Activity best for children age 2 and up

There’s nothing more rad than eating healthy! That’s why we’re partnering with Jimbo’s to help you learn how to keep your little one’s nutrition top of mind. Eating a variety of fruits and veggies in many different colors can help your immune system fight off a cold, boost brain function, and much more. This activity will help your little ones discover how different colored fruits are beneficial for their bodies. As you put your skewers together, think of other fruits and vegetables that are also the same color!

If you picked up a specially curated kit from Jimbo’s, be sure to have it handy March 31 at 10am when we do this activity LIVE on Facebook with Jimbo’s. Otherwise, you can pick up all the ingredients below at your local Jimbo’s store!
