Fun Animal Friday Salamander Craft
Create a salamander inspired by October's Fun Animal Friday guest!
Activity best for children age 3 and up
Today we met two very different animals with Pacific Animal Productions as part of our Fun Animal Friday. One of those animals was a barred tiger salamander. Salamanders are amphibians that have moist skin like a frog and bodies like a lizard. Most are small, but in Japan there is a species called the Japanese Giant Salamander and they can grow up to 6 feet long! For the craft today we are going to make a salamander using the letter S.
